General Shop Policies

  • ID is required for all tattoo and piercing services.
  • ID is required every time you request any procedure, even if you have shown it on a prior occasion.
  • You must be sober to be tattooed or pierced. No exceptions.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo, with the proper ID.
  • Minors must be at least 16 years old to receive a tattoo, and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proper ID is require for guardian and minor.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a piercing, with the proper ID.
  • Minors must be at least 15 years old for most body piercings, when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proper ID is required for guardian and minor.
  • We DO NOT offer nipple piercings, genital piercings, surface piercings, surface anchors, or cheek piercings on anyone, male or female, under the age of 18. No exceptions!
  • Earlobe piercings are available for all ages, with the same ID requirements as all piercings.
  • We accept all major Credit Cards and Cash.
  • We do not give tattoo quotes over the phone. Please stop by the shop to get a quote.
  • There is a $50 studio minimum on tattoos.
  • There are no returns on body jewelry.
  • Appointments are welcome, with a cash deposit to reserve your time slot. Your deposit will be deducted from the price of your tattoo.
  • Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come first-serve basis, but you are welcome to call ahead to make sure there is time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to perform any procedure, tattoo or piercing, for any reason.

Deposit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Appointments must be scheduled within 30 days of deposit.
  • One appointment re-schedule is allowed, if necessary. Additional cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
  • A new deposit is required to set new appointments for prior cancellations.

Adult Identification Policy

You must bring a valid government issued ID to get tattooed or pierced. The best forms of ID are government or state issued, and you will need one of the following:
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Federal or State issued ID
  • Military ID
  • Permanent Resident Card
If the above forms of ID are not available, we may also accept:
  • College or School photo ID with a Birth Certificate
IDENTIFICATION MUST BE VALID AND NOT EXPIRED.

Minor Identification Policy

If you are under 18 years old, you will need to have a parent or legal guardian present and you both must provide proof of relationship.
The parent or legal guardian must provide one of the following valid government or state issued ID:
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Federal or State issued ID
  • Military ID
  • Permanent Resident Card
The minor must provide:
  • Birth Certificate with a School Issued Photo ID
  • A Birth Certificate with a printed school yearbook with a photo and full name of the minor.
When in doubt, please bring multiple forms of ID.
PLEASE NOTE
  • If the parent has a different last name and address than the minor, then appropriate legal documentation such as birth certificate, marriage certificate, divorce papers, adoption papers, etc. must be provided to verify the relationship.
  • If last names do not match, please bring proof of same address.
  • If the legal guardian is not the parent, adoption papers or other appropriate legal document must be provided to verify the guardian’s legal right to sign for the minor.
